The doctors at AACP are great, I've never had a bad experience when any of my kids were seen (and I have 4). The office is clean and nice ... although I get tired of having televisions everywhere - they're even in the exam rooms. Can't we make it through a doctor's appointment without television?\r \r I have two issues with AACP, and they are enough for me to switch care providers. First, they have too many patients. I know they have too many patients, because you can't reschedule a well-check appointment to another day within a month of the original date. This tells me they are so tight on their appointments that they don't have any slack built in. I called on a Monday to reschedule an appointment two weeks out (things happen and schedules change, it's not like I called the day before - I called as soon as I knew there was a change), and was told they would have to check with the doctor to see if we could squeeze my son in somewhere for his 9-month well-check.
