I will never shop with Tisuns again. I bought two pairs of ceramic flat irons and I only had them for two weeks. The cord unit had came apart and scared me, I thought I was going to be electracuted. I took the flat irons back, cause I only wanted an exchange and not the money. When I got there asked me for a reciept and I said that I didn't have it, lucky for me I paid with my visa and could go in my blackberry and pull up my statement on my phone. So when I told him to reference the invoice number on the reciept (I am an Auditor) with my charge from his store, he told me he can't do exchanges and us the warranty. "THERE WERE NO WARRANTIES" My warranty was never in the box, I called home and asked my daughter to look in the other box, and there wasn't one in that one either. So I walked over to the shelf were the flat irons were and of course him and his people were walking with me trying to cause a scene and I opened up four other boxes in front of his face and asked where were th
