Took both my dogs to these folks for years and even had them put down when they got old. Don't ever take your bird to these people. Echols is gone and so is the truly genuine care I thought they felt about my pet. My parrot has had an eye infection for 4 months, I had an appointment a few weeks ago at 3pm, they called and changed it to 3:30pm, no problem, I was there. Sat there with my sick bird for 55 minutes, when the receptionist came out and told me, sorry but the doctor was out making a commercial for something and wouldn't be in. Don't ya think I would have gotten a call later that day, I'm sorry, the next visit is free, can we make it up to you, Oh, how is sick little Julio doing..yada,yada...
