My husband and I bought our living room set and dining room set from Evans and both times the customer great, though we got on better with the second sales person. We got the five year warranty on the table but on our way home we lost two chairs out of the back of our truck, needless to say they were destroyed.\r
When we called the warranty company we were told that the loss of those two chairs wasn't covered because the furniture was in transit... something we weren't told when we purchased the warranty. However when my husband called Evans to discuss it with them they offered to replace the two chairs at no cost to us with hardly any waffling.\r
We've been impressed with them and will continue to shop with them.
