i never thought buying furniture would be so difficult,i ordered the furniture, gave them the money and waited the 4 to weeks,they didnt call,i called several times and was finally told it would be 4 months,after 4 months no phone call to let me know what is going on,i had to call them again several times to find out,then i was told it was not available anymore when i had been told it was,had i known this 4 months ago i could have done something else,then the manager said he could have it in 3 weeks,why couldnt he do that 4 months ago?they tried to sell me furniture they had on the floor,but that wasnt what i wanted,i told them i wanted my deposit back,that took 10 days,these people are just like used car salesmen,once they have your money,they dont care more

My husband and I bought our living room set and dining room set from Evans and both times the customer great, though we got on better with the second sales person. We got the five year warranty on the table but on our way home we lost two chairs out of the back of our truck, needless to say they were destroyed.\r When we called the warranty company we were told that the loss of those two chairs wasn't covered because the furniture was in transit... something we weren't told when we purchased the warranty. However when my husband called Evans to discuss it with them they offered to replace the two chairs at no cost to us with hardly any waffling.\r We've been impressed with them and will continue to shop with them. more

Found what I wanted and got them to price match. They promised and delivered the sameday,salesperson was very helpful. Delivery charge was cheaper than the other store I had been to and didnt have to wait for two weeks for it to come in, they had it in stock. more
