I was very impressed with the service I received from Roto-Rooter plumber in Cincinnati, OH. We had a leak at 4pm on a Saturday to the main water line coming into the house. They arrived within 2 hrs and I received several calls to let me know exactly when they would arrive. Two gentlemen arrived and they were very friendly and attentive. They replaced the valve but after they left I noticed it had a super small leak. I called them back and they sent another gentlemen out who was also super friendly and courteous. He fixed it and we were good to go. I had a good experience and would use them again despite the fact that I thought their prices were a bit high.
