I rented a home from them. When I would call about repairs they would never call me back right away. But, if it was about rent they would call back right away. They would always say that the office phone rings their cell phones but, never in any case that I called. I have called on the weekend and when I complained that they never returned my call then they would say that they dont work on the weekends. I dont know any rental office that can provide great customer service and not return calls on the weekend. They were uncoropative when my husbands company wanted to relocate us. I let them know as soon as possiable so they could re rent the house and I let them know that I was going to be gone for three weeks and they could show the home as much as possiable during that time. After I was gone for two weeks I called them and they hadn't been showing the house, advertising it, or had a sign in the yard. After multipal attempts to obtain a letter stating the cost for us to break the lease, I finally gave up. They are terriable to work with and I would not reccomend anyone to rent a house from them.
