I have lived on Miami Beach and have been a client of Alton Rd. Animal Hospital for 9 years... Everyone from the receptionist to the Vet Tech to the Vets and Lela the manager have always been professional, helpful , knowledgable... Whenever I needed something , they are always there to help, whether it be because my animal is sick, or I have a question about food, medication.. I have had several animals that have been very sick and without the techs in the back and kennel those animals would not have survived, because of all the "TLC" they get.. All of them are treated as if they belonged to one of the employees... Every dog and cat is treated with dignity and so much care.. They go above and beyond .. Another thing also , when it is busy in the front, you are always acknowledged with a Hello and have you been taken care of, and I will be with you in a minute, unless it is an extreme emergency...
