I had to switch doctors because of health insurance. I found this place through a friend who highly recommended them. My first problem occurred when I needed a receptionist to fax over a script. The receptionist said no problem, but never did. I called the next day and was told that the receptionist should have never have promised that she could fax it over because there wasn't a doctor in the office to sign the script! Their answering service is a joke. I called once and got disconnected. Tried to call back several times (including on a land line), and was told that the number had been disconnected. What if I had gone into labor? The final straw with this practice came when I went in for a routine checkup. The doctor was at least a half an hour late (not a big deal in itself), but I could overhear his conversation with another patient. He was asking her about ""is it a boy or girl,"" ""when's your next vacation."" When the doctor came into my appointment I was rushed out, and felt like I was just a number to him. Its very disappointing and I would have change doctors but sadly I am too late in my pregnancy. Do yourself a favor, don't choose this practice unless you want to be treated like a number.
