Here's a tip... Call your customers back... I dropped off my car for an estimate Thursday. Didnt get a call Thursday as promised. Called back Friday- was told I'd get a call back soon- no call... Same thing Saturday! Monday morning called to say I was coming to pick it up and they say OK no problem! How about- sorry we didn't call you and inconvenienced you for 3 days? I don't beg people to take my money...\r
