I had a really bad experience last Friday at Faces 365 @BunkerHill. Well, maybe it was sort of my mistake to start off with- I'd scheduled the appt online- and no where did it say that Groupon users should call for an appt. In fact, I'd even mentioned in the comments section that I'm going to be using my Groupon. Someone confirmed my appt- and when they called they even told me to bring the groupon. When I reached there for my facial the lady at the front desk tells me that I would have got scheduled for 70 mins as I was a new customer- but since I got the appt online, I was scheduled for only an hour- and they couldn't change it! The lady who did the facial was okay...nothing great- and she finished the whole thing off in 50 minutes or less! Don't think I'm going back there...
