Faces 365

I was SCAMMED and OVERCHARGED !!! I got a facial there last week and they scammed me by charging me $95 instead of the intro $59 they advertise. The esthetician offered me two types of facials: 1 Deep cleansing for deep pores and blackheads 2. Anti Aging. Since I didn't have deep pores and blackheads, I chose the Anti Aging. They did the facial and when I went to pay -they said it was $95 since I chose Anti Aging. What a scam - why would you offer me 2 types of facials knowing I would have to chose the Anti Aging one and then not tell me it would cost me more money. I told the front desk and she told me along with some other woman sitting at the front that they were sorry I wasn't told it would cost more but that's the facial they gave me and that's what I need to pay. They didn't bother to call the esthetician out to see if she was at fault for not telling me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they enjoy having their hard earned money taken from them. more

I came in to get a facial for the first time at Faces365 Vintage park. The lady at the front desk was on her cell phone practically the whole time. I stood waiting for her to get off then finally just sat down. After 10 minutes of sitting and not being tended to, I finally got up and said that I am here for an appointment. She gave me a funny look, then proceeded to get off her phone and look me up. \r \r When I got in for the facial, the Esthetician barely knew what she was doing. I had requested extractions and she did not do them. I asked her how long she had been there and she stated that she just started 8 months ago after she got out of school. I also asked her who the lady at the front desk was and she stated that she was the manager. WOW! I was shocked that the Manager was so dismissive of her customers. \r \r Anyways, after my facial, my skin felt super oily and greasy. I had to go home and wash my face. This places is horrible. Dismissive upper management and Estheticians that do not know what they are doing. I would never go back! more

I had a really bad experience last Friday at Faces 365 @BunkerHill. Well, maybe it was sort of my mistake to start off with- I'd scheduled the appt online- and no where did it say that Groupon users should call for an appt. In fact, I'd even mentioned in the comments section that I'm going to be using my Groupon. Someone confirmed my appt- and when they called they even told me to bring the groupon. When I reached there for my facial the lady at the front desk tells me that I would have got scheduled for 70 mins as I was a new customer- but since I got the appt online, I was scheduled for only an hour- and they couldn't change it! The lady who did the facial was okay...nothing great- and she finished the whole thing off in 50 minutes or less! Don't think I'm going back there... more

I've been a regular for almost one year. Miki is the absolute best. She gives the most amazing facials and her massages are awesome. You cannot beat the pricing for the quality of the facials. The atmosphere is very tranquil and super clean. I would recommend Faces 365 in Vintage Park to anyone. Pros: Quality, Atmosphere, Prices more

I've had a lot of facials in my time - Aveda, Clarins (at a spa, not the ones at the Clarins counter in the department stores), specialty spas/salons, and the free ones at department stores. However, the one I just had at Faces365 was one of the most complete facials I've had. And Miki has the best hands for the massage part. I don't know if it was just because I'm a likeable gal, but I had a full hour facial, not just 50 minutes.\r \r I was horrified and intrigued by the digital skin analysis thing. (Horrified because, of course, it shows all your blemishes, sun spots, and wrinkles!) And I'm very excited to see my progress. I bought a 3-month membership. I know that I'm going to get 1 hour of ""me"" time at least once a month now!\r \r Anyway, back to the facial. I thought it was a great facial and I would recommend it to anyone. Ask for Miki - she knows what she's doing!\r \r Also, I had the waxing done last month, and I recommend that, too. I can't remember the waxer's name. But she was very competent, too. There are 3 different types of waxes that are used on different parts of the body.
