Ken was excellent!. He was professional and personable. I am a first-time buyer and understandably nervous. During the inspection he took me around pointing out stuff to me that was just cosmetic and those things that need to be repaired. He explained things about the house I never had thought about. I am now comfortable and feel like I am knowledgable about what I am buying.
His report came the next morning and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend him to home buyers!
