Paid in FULL on 3-11-13 (6 pieces of furniture). Order placed in MARCH...It's JUNE and still only have 2 of the 6 items. The owner at time of purchase said the furniture would be in within 8 weeks. Were going on 3 MONTHS. The owner (Pat Cohen) said once the manufactures have their order it is out of their hands.
I have stopped in twice, called twice, and E'mailed the owner three times. In a E'mail the owner stated she didn't think a delay would be a "deal breaker". The delay is NOT the deal breaker, but honesty is.
I was told on 5-31-13 that the other 4 pieces could still take WEEKS to arrive.
I was not happy with the delay so I took it upon myself to call each manufacture myself. Lloyd of Chatam told me they received my order from Williams on 3-25-13. We made our purchase from Williams on 3-11-13. Lloyd of Chatman got our order TWO WEEKS later. (Who dropped the ball???)
I then contacted BEST FURNISHING. I was told our two chairs that were ordered from WILLIAMS were in stock. The chair frame and our fabric was in stock. I was told by BEST that it take 7 days to make our chairs.
The BEST employee after hearing my story told me based on their order list she recommended that I contact the Michigan BBB.
The DELAY is NOT on the manufactures end, it is on WILLIAMS.
The owner (Pat Cohen) offered us "loaner furniture". We don't want loaner furniture, we just want what was promised to us.
