Review content:
I have had two colonics at La Paz Spa. It was a little scary putting a plastic tube in your butt (I am a hetero man so nothing usually goes in, just out), but it was tiny and I didn't really notice it once it was in there. Then, I basically got to take 20 or 30 amazing poops in a row. I felt great afterward. I wish I would have done 3 in a short period of time to really clean myself out.
Pros: Get the crud out of you
