Review content:
Apparently the owner, Tommy, was months behind on rent. Heard he's defaulted some other insurances so none of the members can get their money back. Not sure of the workers were in on it, but I'm sure some were and still tried to get people to resign.
Was a decent gym to workout in. Sometimes it had a bit of a meat market feel, but nothing too awkward. Yes the majority of the patrons were gay, but its Chelsea and that shouldn't bother anybody anyway. Some of the workers were pretty cool and I feel genuinely sorry for them. Some were just annoying. The trainers were full of themselves so none of my friends that signed up or I took up the free session. I'm sure they would have had more business if they didn't have their head up their asses. Plus none of those lazy asses re-racked their weights after using. Its sort of like pissing on the toilet seat. Common sense for people who should know better.
Unfortunately, just resigned last month and I'm out $400. Eh, what can you do? I'm surprisingly not too bothered by it. Thinking of it more of a pity donation to Tommy. At the end of the day, we'll all find another gym and get over it. But for Tommy, he's got to wake up and look in the mirror to see how big of a lowlife piece of shit he always will be.
Pros: It was the price.
Cons: Pretty much everything except that it was cheap.
