I have never been so thankful to remove my child from a daycare. The director and owner at this Kids R Kids #37 facility are horrible. In the past 3 months, there have been 7 different teachers brought into my daughter's toddler classroom. Yet, when they ask you why your child is showing signs of frustration, they don't even take that into account as being a potential factor. Yet they have no problem putting all the burden on you, the parent. I by no means want a daycare to parent my children for me, but I do expect them to assist me, not ridicule me and make me feel ashamed to bring my child to their facility anymore. After threatening my child with suspension, I got my husband involved. Their ultimate suggestion to him was to put my 20 month old in with the 2-3 year olds. GENIUS!!! Let's just set her up for more frustration and adverse behavior. I was livid at the way they treated the two of us so differently. All in all, this place is not near as professional as they claim to be. I pay them for a service, not the other way around. I went above and beyond in doing the specific things they asked of me, but still feel the need to treat me and my child that way. Again, I have never felt better about removing my daughter from this facility.
