overall a good job, but just like any contractor, you have to stay on top of every aspect of the job if you want things done a certain way. the electricians wanted to run the electrical through my attic after i had already talked it over with job supervisor to run it under my drivway. they did do it like i wanted. the crews stacked dirt up against my new cedar fence which stained it, but they did move it when i asked them to. plumbers tried to take some short cuts, but i found them and platinum did correct without issue. i have no way to compare them with another pool company, but overall, platinum built a quality pool and always made good on any issue i brought up, without question. i found out that the $500 referral fee was sent to the wrong person. it was suppossed to be split between two people that helped me make my decision. when i brought this up, platinum sent $500 to one of the people and said they would take care of the other, but i haven't followed up on that yet. all that to say this, good quality pool, great service, stay on top of the contractors doing the work and question anything that doesn't look right.
