My Pontiac was giving me some trouble, so I took it over to Donovan's. They were really nice and even took my car and spent some time talking to me about it despite it being 20 minutes before they were going to close. On the weekdays, they will even drive you home. They called me the next day and told me what was wrong. They seemed to be very competent and honest. They were friendly and helpful, they got the job done in a very reasonable time, and I would feel comfortable taking my car back if I had any more problems.
