Review content:
I just recently applied for a car loan at Team Certified. After speaking with one of the salesman (Abdoul), I came into the dealership and completed the application process. Abdoul stated to me that I was approved and needed one thousand for tax, title and license, I stated okay but refused to give him the check until I was ready to sign a contract with the terms. I was told by Aboul and Armando that because of the holidays they could not reach the bank but assured me that the deal had been approved. I was told to come back on Friday but I stated I had to go out of town and would be back on Saturday. Saturday arrived and still they had not heard back from the bank. This went on until Friday, January 4, 2008 until I called Aboul who finally showed back up to work to have him say that the bank had denied my application. All of this after repeatedly being told that the deal was complete. In my opinion, this dealership wanted more money from me which I was refusing to pay. This is a scam and I am not a former salesman. Buyer beware.
