I would not recommend this spa. On my last trip I had a massage and facial. The massage was great. BUT. The facial was the worst I had ever recieved. My husband booked the massage and facial for mother's day and I was there to relax. During my facial the girl was eating a sandwitch while the mask was "soaking" in. All I could hear her smacking her food and slurping from a cup. I have had other facials before, and even though they were at high end spas this wast even close. The massage was great so I made an appoitment with the massage lady to come back during the week. I spoke with her personally 3 days before my appoitment and we agreed she would see me at 5:30. I work downtown and I am a doctor, so I didn't book my last 4 patient appoitments and left early only to find out that it wasn't booked in the computer and she forgot. I left my number for the manager to call me and never recieved a call back. Do not waste your time on this place. VERY un-professional.
