I absolutely love this spa! The staff is incredible; the products they use are top of the line; and the facility is beautiful. I've been going for years and would never consider going anywhere else. It is truly Kingwood's finest! more

I have loved The Fountain from day 1. I honestly can’t even remember how long I have been going there. Every new treatment, service, or product I try is extraordinary! Every time I walk through the doors I immediately feel as if I have been transported to an exotic location for a pampered vacation! The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are so knowledgeable of all of the products and always know what to recommend just for me. My daughter now visits The Fountain as well and she says she feels like a princess there! Even if you don’t live in the Kingwood area, this spa is worth traveling for! more

For over 10 years I have been going to The Fountain for all of my skin care needs and I always have the most amazing experience! The entire staff is extremely professional and personable. They are knowledgeable of all aspects of skin care and always know how to make me feel and look great! The Fountain’s eyebrow waxes are the BEST I have ever had. From facials to massages to makeup, and every service in between, I always leave beyond satisfied! I will never go anywhere else. I LOVE The Fountain!!! more

First off the inside of the spa was ok. I noticed alot of the owners personal pics up all around the place and thought that was strange. My Mother-in-Law bought me a gift cert here, so I used if for a massage and facial. The entire time I was in there it was noisy! The owner of the spa, who talked my head off at the makeup counter was talking, no yelling, nearly the whole time I was in my massage/facial.Then someone else was clunking down the hall in heels over and over again. Then I wanted an eye cream and they had NONE! What spa has no products? So, I went to Beauty Brands for that instead. I will not go back here. more

I love the Fountain!! When I walk thru the doors I feel like I'm inTuscany. The decor is beautiful and the staffis very personable. I am a long time resident of Kingwood, and have had many services rendered at the spa. I can guarantee every experience was professional and exceeded my expectations. I know first hand that the owner is very community minded and generous. She has always supported charities in our area without hesitation. My daughter and husband, who live in town, go to the Fountain, and would not go anywhere else. I don't think you can find a better educated staff on the essentials of skin care in Houston. I personally would highly reccommend the Fountain, and hope to encourage others to try them. Pros: Wondeful atmosphere, great service more

If you like non-professional owners/operators who curse, talk badly about their clients, yell at their staff in front of customers and are late for their appointments, then this spa is for you! The rest of the staff was friendly - almost apologetic for the behavior of their boss. Cons: non-professional owner/operator, cursing, talking badly about other clients -- BAD atmoshere more

I would not recommend this spa. On my last trip I had a massage and facial. The massage was great. BUT. The facial was the worst I had ever recieved. My husband booked the massage and facial for mother's day and I was there to relax. During my facial the girl was eating a sandwitch while the mask was "soaking" in. All I could hear her smacking her food and slurping from a cup. I have had other facials before, and even though they were at high end spas this wast even close. The massage was great so I made an appoitment with the massage lady to come back during the week. I spoke with her personally 3 days before my appoitment and we agreed she would see me at 5:30. I work downtown and I am a doctor, so I didn't book my last 4 patient appoitments and left early only to find out that it wasn't booked in the computer and she forgot. I left my number for the manager to call me and never recieved a call back. Do not waste your time on this place. VERY un-professional. more
