Review content:
I have bought from Metro Flooring three times over the last twelve years, whenever I move into a new home. Their prices are great, and so is their quality. They also offer fantastic selection and service. What's best is that they really stand behind their work.
The second time I used Metro, they installed new carpet and after a few years I noticed the padding wasn't holding up as it should. They came out immediately to assess the situation, and completely agreed with me. They proceeded to reinstall new padding throughout my home. They even replaced the carpeting on the stairs, because in that location they couldn't put the old material over the new padding. They did this all at no charge to me, with no questions asked.
Every time I have used Metro, they have been very friendly. The installers arrive on schedule, and have the work completed by the specified time. I've been treated very well in the showroom, too. They are a family-owned business, and you can tell by the service the provide. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I did, I would definitely use Metro. I recommend them all the time.
