Yes, the store is a little older and usually busy but the dressing room area is nice and they have GIANT mirrors even lining the ceiling so you can see the back of your dress with ease. But the service I have received from Adrianna and the staff has thus far been excellent. I don't go for alterations until August and will update my review then as I feel Ventura has been unfairly represented in these reviews. I think if everyone had a wonderful consultant as I did then they could get past their judgements of the looks of the place which isn't that bad anyway. Also I don't see any reviews for their alterations department or service after the sale so I will add that.
