There I was on a late Saturday morning (around 11:15). Finished my errands and was looking for a little breakfast, so I went into the local bagel shop for breakfast and my Sun Sentinel. \r \r Place was not crowded and there were plenty of tables available. Since I wanted to spread my sports page out while I was eating, I went to a four seater and was greeted roughly by an older gentleman who must have been the host. He said 'You can not sit there if you are by yourself' and directed me to a two seater. No 'Sorry', 'Please sit here, I'll get someone to help you' or anything else. \r \r So I proceeded to sit down and wait . . . and wait . . . and wait . . . \r \r After five minutes of no service, I got up and left. \r \r The Boss said 'Before you rip them apart, give them a chance. Call the manager.' So I did. They took a message and said that she would call back. \r \r And I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. And never received a call. \r \r Great customer service (not!).\r \r Update - I tried Bagels 4 U Again after walking out last time. Well, shame on me. After sitting down, it took like six minutes before staff came to ask if I would like something to drink. Coffee came (no cream), cream came (no setup). Breakfast finally came (got it wrong). Lady at register clearly was overwhelmed by a line of three people trying to pay their tab and it took over five minutes for her to clear a line of three.\r \r Sorry, I like to support local businesses but I will not be going there a third time!
