I had a hole in my ceiling that needed to be repaired. The painter/drywall repairman did a poor job initially. The paint didn't match, the drywall wasn't sanded and rough, nothing in the room had been replaced in its original position and a painting had been hung back on a loose nail. It subsequently fell on to a custom travertine sideboard, damaging both it and the painting. When he returned to ""fix"" his repair, he did a better job. However, once it dried, the paint still didn't match and it hadn't been applied evenly. There is a spot where the roller didn't fully apply the paint and there is a ""spongy""/splotchy look in the new paint. Several days after he left, I noticed he had also gotten wall paint on a new (less than one year old) leather lounge chair. It's black and the paint is tan - quite obvious. I was very disappointed in my experience. The leadership (two gentlemen, one who runs the Houston office and one guy from the corporate office, sounded like he was pretty ""high up"") who came out to perform the initial estimate were very polite, courteous and helpful. They tried to help remedy the situation by sending the painter back, but at the end of the day, his contractor simply was unable to do an adequate job. For a price that was middle of the road (he tried to make it sound like a great deal, which I never appreciate when I know better), the work was quite subpar. I will not use them again.
