This shop is professional, fair and honest.
My Diesel Truck had a Check Engine Light and lost power. I took to a Chevrolet Dealer to get fixed. They said it was a bad EGR valve and costs $1100 to replace. My gut told me that's too much. I searched the internet and found Precision Automotive. I spoke with Rick on the phone about my experience. His knowledge and expertise was evident concerning my vehicle ant it's problems. I drove it straight from the dealer to his shop. They quickly found the root cause to be the on board computer controlling the EGR valve. Set it to factory specs and saved me HUNDREDS of DOLLAR$!
Precision Automotive is in a good location, right across the street from the light rail Blue line station. No hassle getting a ride to pick up or drop off. They have earned a customer for life, I will take all my vehicles there for service. Highly recommended.
