Review content:
Do not rent from these people! They will rip you off. We just rented a trailer and truck from them for a week. It rained the first night we stayed in it and it poured in rain. We called to let them know and they said they just had the roof fixed after another customer ran it under a tree. He asked me to pay someone to temporarily cover it until the repair guy could come out the next day.
We had multiple problems with the truck and the trailer. Things broken or not serviced. When we returned it, we asked for a partial refund for dealing with the leak and other problems with the equipment. He tried blaming me for breaking the awning that was already broken. He wanted me to wait for a refund when he figured out the insurance stuff from the other customer who ripped open the roof in the first place because he already payed a guy to fix the roof.
I asked him if I got what I paid for and he said yes. He said ""Life happens"" in response to the issues we encountered. Very rude and hostile.
A young man renting a utility trailer overheard what was going on and whispered to me on the way out. He said that we're not going to get anywhere with these people with what they are going through. I assume this wasn't the first problem in dealing with these people. The lady was very nice, but here husband, the owner, total creep.
