Our experience with this company couldn't have been worse. We were charged for a cleaning fee for pet hair; however, there were never any animals in the camper we rented. Apparently this is a tactic they employ regularly based on one of the other reviews here. Even worse, we were told we'd be charged $50 for the cleaning fee (which never should've been charged since there were no animals in the camper), but were instead charged $100 with no explanation as to why. We are one of three families that rented campers from this company this summer, and none of us will be doing business with them again because of this incident and how poorly and unprofessionally it was handled. In fact, our experience was so bad that we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
