This review may be about two years late but I couldnt resist trying to help out fellow consumers after finally reading their reviews and realizing I myself fell victim to the same fraud they pulled on several other people. I first noticed a problem when I went into their office to rent a popup when they were currently on the phone with someone else who had just returned one in which they were charging additional charges for supposed ""pet hair/ not clean"". After the guy argued the consumer for appx. ten minutes on the phone he then rented me the camper and made me aware of the rules and that apparently ""people bring pets all the time and try to argue their way out of charges""! I took the popup to huntsville with my son for two days and came to return it the following monday after a complete and thourough cleaning and breakdown again. Appx 4 hours later, after they knew I was nowhere near I got the call. The gentleman who called was not the guy who rented me the camper but informed me that there was cigarette buttes all over the floor, kinda funny cause I dont smoke, he also stated that there were burnt leaves all over the floor, never burned any leaves, and that there was dog hair all over camper, I didnt bring any dogs on the trip. So I then drove all the way out there to take a gander at this cotastrophe to find a couple cigarettes unsmoked broken in half smeared across the floor, couple hairs from whoevers dog was in camper before me that they had not properly cleaned up after probably charging the life out of them too. Also did find a little dust of leaves on the floor which had come out from under some cabinetry upon pulling beds out packing away etc. I drove appx 20 miles to come assess this problem and dispute only to be screwed into paying cleaning fee being they had all my information on file and had no supplies to clean not to mention, nothing worth the fifty extra dollars which cost to clean. I hope this review will further help consumers not make a poor decision as I have needless to say I will not rent from these guys. This place may have been in business for 15 years being its located in a widespread growing area full of newbies, but this doesnt mean past consumers are coming back.
