To start with they never answer our email inquiry submitted on THEIR web site. Customer service NEVER answers, just the ""press this & that"" system. Finally ordered my washer & dryer online only to find out that the soonest delivery date is in 10 days. Took the day off work & waited for them. The driver expected a check in a DIFFERENT amount from the email that the company sent me the day before?? The dryer did not work when they hooked it up to test it. It was the ONLY set they had and the driver even said there were NONE in the warehouse!!!!!!! Tried calling the office, but the usual ""press this & that"" loop answered! I bet they expect me to sit by the phone and wait for them to call me and re-scedule and loose another day of work ... WRONG I'm taking my business elsewhere. Can't imagine what would happen if I need repair service!! Pros: On-line ordering Cons: ZERO customer service
