Positive Changes is the best thing I have ever done for myself! It is not a diet...they do not ask how much you weigh, or measure you! They only ask what your ideal weight is, where you want to be at the end of the program. You can eat anything, in moderation...Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. The pounds just begin to melt away! I have struggled with my weight for many years! It is no longer a struggle. This is the simplest, easiest method I have ever tried. I feel like a new woman, more positive, confident, and with higher self-esteem! Postive Changes is LIFE CHANGING! YES!!! IT REALLY WORKS!
