This has been the worst customer service I believe I've ever had. I was sold a blue tooth and was told it was compatable with my new phone. I can recieve calls but I can't make calls with it. That was the whole point off getting a bluetooth, for voice dialing from your contacts if you are driving. That way you don't have to pull out your phone and try to dial and drive at the same time. I can't get them to exchange or give me my money back. If they were a authorized AT&T store they would excahnge it since it has not been over 30 days from purchase. NOW THEY WANT EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONE.......BE SURE WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT IT IS FROM AN AUTHORIZED AT&T STORE. THEY have a 30 days return and exchange policy. I WILL NOT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH CELLULAR WORLD IN PALESTINE EVER AGAIN.
