THIS IS THE WORST GYM IN THE CITY. SCAM I used to be a member of the Ave B location, which closed and was redirected to this Gym. Ave B location sucked, old machines and dirty, but it was right around the corner, and cheap so I sucked it up for a few years. Now this location is equally dirty and rickety, but on top of that it's half the size, with three times the amount of people. You have 15 guys trying to do chest on one bench press. Forget about ever doing supersets. You're better off joining the community health center on Ave C for $50/year, or if you can prove low income go to the YMCA and they will give you a cheap deal. If you do have money and serious about getting in shape, join Iron and Silk on 3rd street. The best cleanest, nicest gym in town. Do not join this gym unless you live across the street and only want to do cardio when other people work (during rushhour it's a long wait). It's nasty, crowded, rude owner, negative vibes, you're forced to work out in a shopping window where every passerby can see what a looser you are for working out here and they WILL laugh at you. Pros: cheap Cons: small, smelly, dirty, rude, negative vibe
