I went into the gym with an open mind, expecting to get away unnatural treatments, such as medication and chemicals. I was greeted by the owner, Joseph, who was kind enough to show me around and explain the things he does at his holistic center. Honestly, I had never seen anything like it. The equipment was all foreign, but very intriguing to me. He explained his lymphatic massage machine and I was eager to try it out. I talked a bit more about my condition and then I was off to try the machine. I was put in a room and strapped into the lymphatic compressor. The room was cool and quiet and the machine was actually quite comfortable. After roughly 30 minutes in the machine I was relaxed and felt like a new person. I was left wanting more! I am definitely sold on the concept of massaging my lymph passages to promote the flow and drainage of my lymph nodes. I think I just found my dream treatment because nothing beats solving problems without having to resort to chemicals or medication. Thank you FBE Spa.
