At 10:20am I called, told the man on the phone I needed a cab @ 11:30am & gave him the addresses where I would be picked up (5th Ave) & dropped off. He put me on hold, then a (different?) man picked up & asked if he could help me. I repeated myself, we discussed whether that was downtown or Oakland, & he said he'd have a cab pick me up in 20 min. I replied that I needed it at 11:30am, to which he said ok.At 10:45am I was where I was due to be picked up, but since I had time I went up the street to get a coffee. At 11:15am: I received a call from Erin @ Classy Cabs. I didn't reach my phone in time so at 11:20am, back where I was to be picked up, I called Erin. She told me that the cab had already been in my location, I wasn't there, I wasn't answering my phone, so the cab driver left. I reminded her that I specifically asked for the cab at 11:30 & it wasn't time yet. She replied, ""You never said 11:30."" I assured her I had. She checked her records, then told me AGAIN that I ""didn't tell anyone 11:30."" I told her that I'd told 2 men, at which point she contradicted me again saying that was impossible b/c only 1 man worked there. I said that I'd told him twice then, & wanted my cab to which she agreed. At 11:45am she called again, telling me the driver was on 5th St. & I should come outside to meet him. I reminded her that I was on 5th AVE, had told her that, & the man I originally spoke to. I told her to cancel the cab. At 12:36pm I got home via another service when Erin called asking if I was in the cab yet. I calmly reminded her I had canceled. She said, ""I don't remember that."" I told her it was just after they realized he was on the wrong street. Her response: ""I didn't hear that."" I quietly said, ""Well, to be honest, you guys haven?t listened to much I?ve said today.? She promptly hung up on me. Classy Cabs (Erin, in particular) showed a severe lack of professionalism. Cons: Surly service, didn't listen to anything I said
