Rude and misleading. I was kept waiting for over an hour and a half for my first appointment. I was told it was because the ""computers were down"" but everyone who came in after me was seen before me, including a woman who had a later appointment with the provider I was seeing. I told them up front that I did not have insurance, and that I'd be paying for this appointment out-of-pocket. I was told (on the phone in advance and when I arrived) that the first appointment would cost $285 and that I would have bloodwork done. When I was finally called back for my appointment, I was told that the $285 only covered the ""consultation"" and ""confirmation of pregnancy"" - a urine test I could take at home for $10. If I wanted bloodwork, I would be billed ""thousands"" of dollars later by the lab. I definitely have never heard of bloodwork costing thousands of dollars, but I was more upset that I hadn't been informed that it would be a separate charge. I actually left with a refund after waiting an hour and a half for nothing. There was no apology for the wait or the misinformation. As a first appointment for my first pregnancy, it was extremely disappointing, and I won't be going back.
