Businiess name:  Big Apple Bagels

Review content:
I love the bagels here more than any I've had in the greater Seattle area. They are huge and have just the right mix of chewiness and softness. I don't like a hard, tough bagel, but I don't like it soft like regular bread either. These are just the right mix. The apple pie bagel is the bomb! But they have lots of great flavors and really good cream cheese too. The atmosphere isn't remarkable, but it's got a lot of tables so you can sit and eat if you want. They serve coffee, but not espresso. They also have the most delicious muffins ever! Definitely worth a try. They close at 3pm, so that's a drag, but I guess they figure most people want breakfast. I think they open at 6 or 7, so that makes sense. There are NO bagel places in the Kent/Des Moines area, so it's pretty amazing that this gem is right there. Gotta give it a try!! Pros: good bagels, great prices, nice atmosphere Cons: limited hours
