HORRIBLE!! I needed to get a futon slip cover cleaned, and although I have never tried Tammy's before decided to try it out since it's on the way to work. \r

I just went in today to pick up the slip cover and it is TORN TO SHREDS. The attitude of the woman behind the counter was completely I-could-care-less. She never apologized, just kept sayign that it was easy to see how it could happen given the stitching of the slip cover. She said that they could sew it back, and then grabbed my credit card to run for the price of the dry cleaning. I could not believe that she would have even considered charging me and snatched my card back. \r

I just can't believe 1)that they were going to try and pass that off as a finished job when the destruction to the item was so blantant and obvious and 2)never got any kind of apology for terrible service. \r

Maybe it is fast and cheap, but you pay for what you get. Steer clear of this place.\r
