Review content:
In a world where the customer is always right... this restaurant gets it all wrong! My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to get good italian food and he remembered arcodoro from years past when he and his family visited the restaurant. When we arrived (an hour and a half before close) the patio and inside of the restaurant were both totally empty with the exception of a party inside and one couple outside. So we politely asked the hostess if we could sit on the patio. She proceeded to ask if we had a reservation... which we did not. So she sat us at the only table on the patio with bushes hanging over the tabletop. We asked if we could move to one of the other 20 tables on the patio, and she told us those were for reservations only. We stayed at the restaurant until 30 minutes before it closed. No other couples showed up... at all! The wait staff was also too good to wait on two 20-somethings... and took forever to get our food and wine out. If you value great customer service as we do... do yourself a favor, don't visit this restaurant!!!
