Will never recommend this place to anyone and I repeat anyone! This place is the biggest scam artist. I bought my fiancé a 14k white gold custom made cross with white and blue diamonds. This was a surprise gift for him for the wedding. When they called me and informed me that the piece was ready I went to the city and the white diamonds were missing. I informed them that how can the cross be ready if the white diamonds are missing they said I never paid for the white diamonds. I had an argument with them. After they added the white diamonds they called me and informed me that I can pick up the cross. When I went to the store for the 2nd time the cross was NOT centered, was all scratched and had a huge line on the back of it. It looked like a 5yr old made the cross. I informed them of the problems and they stated that they will fix it. When they finished making the corrections they contacted me again and informed me to pick up the cross. I went back to the city again when it was finished and Avianne and Co provided me with an appraisal stating that the cross was 14k and my receipt. I gave my fiancé the cross and informed him what happened. My fiancé took it to his jeweler to get checked out and his jeweler informed him that its 10k NOT 14k. I paid for 14k; my husband Jeweler gave him the paperwork that stated it was 10k. I went with my dad back to Avianne and Co and my dad informed the owner that I have the receipt, appraisal and the paperwork stating that the cross that I paid for was 10K not 14K and I paid for a 14K white gold cross with white and blue diamonds. My dad informed the owners that we want are money back. The owner informed my dad and I to take him to court that he was not going to give us are money back. I filed the paperwork at small claims court. When Avianne and Co received the letter from small claims court they called me and wanted me to come and get the money and informed me never to buy anything from them again. All the stuff they make is custom made if you every plan on buying from them made sure you get it checked out. They thought my Fiancé wasn’t going to get it checked out and they can get over on us. I feel bad for all the rap stars that buy from them. They are probably getting RIPPED off. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND I RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE DON’T EATHEIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
