Review content:
We worked with Bob Wood & Assoc for over a year. During that time we had one renter who stopped paying rent after three months. While they did assist with getting the renters evicted that was about the only thing they did right. There was little communication. It often took days and multiple attempts on my end to get response to emails and voicemails. After the renters moved out the placed was trashed (not Bob Wood's fault). However, the full extent of the damage was not explained to me. I paid approximately $500 to have the locks changed and the place cleaned up. After this they began showing the house again. Little did I know the clean-up only included removing items from the house. The walls, floors and refrigerator, etc. were not clean - and they were showing my house to potential renters. No wonder no one wanted to rent the place. The only way I found out how bad the house was is because I had a contractor go do some work and he let me know the state the house was in. Pros: None that I can think of Cons: Horrible response time and expertise
