This property management company is terrible. They seem to have problems getting back to you. Never calls back or replies to your email. I had a case where they re-newed our tenants lease at the same rent without getting our approval! Additionally we had informed them that we have a home warranty service on several occassions. Any time something needed replacement they were to call the home warranty service since we were covered. Well they ""forgot"" and we had to pay the cost to repair the ceiling fan even though we had a home warranty service that covered the cost of repair... If you have a peoperty in the Round Rock area and need a property manager I suggest you use West Bank Management Group (512-444-1300). We use them for our other property and we haven't had any problem. They are also quick to respond and highly reliable. Once our contract is up with APM we are going to have West Bank Management Group take over. Use West Bank Management Group (512-444-1300)!!!!
