I walked in knowing almost nothing about diamonds and engagement rings. Gregg educated me, listened to what I wanted, never tried to up sell me, gave me excellent ideas where I needed a little guidance, and delivered the most beautiful, unique engagement ring I have ever seen, by the date promised. His prices were very competitive. And most importantly, she loved the ring.
Gregg is that seemingly rare breed of business man that is interested in your repeat business and your recommendations to friends. And as a result, willing to make the complete interaction pleasant, and deliver more than what you are asking for.
Previously, I've never felt absolutely trusting in a jeweler. Now I would only go to and recommend Gregg.
