My fitness journey began one year ago with the thought in mind that i had to do something to change my life and could not imagine myself in this body anymore. So with the heart and desire started on my journey and a year and half later here i am 120 pounds lighter,14.6% body fat, and 55 inches over my entire body! Very early in this journey i meet my friend and personal trainer Jon Cerf. With guidance and expertise i was able to accomplish my goal in a what I think was a short amount of time, not to mention curing some muscle imbalances which relived the pain in my back. Thank you Jon i could have not done this without you.
