Review content:
I have had this company in my house. They are not what they claim to be. They will do or say whatever they have to to get you to sign a contract with them. After that your on your own. I had carpet installers show up to my house who barely spoke a lick of english. It is my belief that they were not even legal.It is also my belief that they sub out all there work. They don't care what joker they send over to do the work. Thats why the lost there B etter biusiness b1ureau status and have so many complaints with the ROC. But that takes second seat to the fact that Express over charged me by thousands on my carpet and didn't even deliver the carpet that I had picked out. The only thing that got them even remotely interested in making it right is when i went to the ROC. After I post this I'm sure A few good reviews will follow. It is my belief that they have someone within there company who responds to derogatory reviews. Don't believe the good reviews. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
