I would give a 0 rating if it existed. They choose any time to show up or sometimes miss. No one picks up the phone number listed. You can leave a message but no one responds back or takes action on what your issue may be. IS this just to make money? ARE WE SO LOST IN THE UNITED STATES that we allow ANYONE to open a carting business and then just not deliver? We need this corrected. Also WHY DO SOME FOLKS GET CITY PICKUP and why do others have to pay?
