I dropped my car off to have the horn fixed. I left to eat lunch. I was gone for 25 mins and when I came back my drivers side door was bashed in. They claim that it wasn't their responsibility. They wouldn't even pay the deductible on our insurance. They have the attitude that we are at fault. They claim it must have been a hitandrun by another customer but they refused to release any info about what customers or part vendors had been there in that 25 mins. Very shady. They had closed circuit cameras all over the place but the camera that was facing the lot our car was in was mysteriously not recording at the time! I will be suing them. All I asked was for them to help pay the deductible. Pros: The are none Cons: They don't feel they are responsible for damage of the vehicle
