I am unhappy with the service (was told 8 wks for furniture, it has been 10 wks+ and not all of my furniture is here). They seem to have lots of confusion with charging for items not delivered and not wanting to give credit for furniture that was not accept. They called to tell me I owed more than I did... YOU really need to watch out, they seem to have an internal communication problem. I was passed around to so many people and after being very persistent I finally got my concerns addressed. I paid alot for my furniture but the sales person ended up acting like if I was not HAPPY no BIG DEAL! I be spending about $10000 for furniture in the next 6 months, I will take my business to other furniture stores. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE is NOT good for business.
