Don't expect a good experience. I put my dress on layaway and put down $200, which was about 25% of the total cost of the dress. I did not *SIGN* any contract that said my $$ was not refundable. I was also told by the OWNER and several of the employees that the dress could not be ordered until I had paid for at least half of the dress. They went and ordered the dress anyway, without calling to ask my permission. Now my fiance has been deployed and we're having to cancel our wedding and they refuse to give me MY $$ back because of their error. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY.
